Making an evidence presentation is a moral act as well as an intellectual activity. To maintain standards of quality, relevence, and integrity for evidence, consumers of presentations should insist that presenters be held intellectually and ethically responsible for what they show and tell. Thus, consuming a presentation is also an intellectual and moral activity.

Course Readings
We will have readings that complement, inform, and challenge the topics of the design and writing projects we will be completing this semester. Consult the course schedule for when readings and responses are due. Respones to (in Blackboard) and in-class discussions of the essays will comprise the grade you receive for the 10% Individual Portion of your final course grade. Responses to readings will be assessed out of a total of 10 points each. I will be looking for the quality of the response and the quantity that has been written. To achieve a 10 on a response, you must go above and beyond what is expected in both quality and quantity.
